Asuransi Raksa Pratikara has grown consistently since its establishment in 1975 through sustainable business development by prioritizing customer services. As testimony to such endeavor, we have been rated as the best general insurance company within the category of Gross Premium Income of above Rp 200 billion by the Infobank magazine, and ranked the second best general insurance company with total asset of Rp 500 billion – Rp 1 trillion by the Investor magazine.

Driven by the customers trust built up over the years, we never stop endeavoring to improve the quality of our services. As a testimony to our commitment to quality service, we implemented 24-hour customer service and free car-towing service within the Jakarta-Bogor-Tangerang-Bekasi area in 2003. Having gained wide acclaim from customers, the free car-towing service was expanded to the area of Bandung and Surabaya.

In 2004, we once again materialized our commitment to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by launching Raksa Gold Club (RGC), which provides dedicated services to motor-car policy holders with sum-insured of and above US$ 70,000.

No efforts have been spared to ensure our best services to our customers. In 2005, we created Raksa Emergency Quick Service (REQS) rendering quick assistance to customers encountering emergency on the road, such as flat tires, weakened battery, and car engine failure.

Following the success of Raksa Gold Club, we achieved another milestone in upgrading our claim service by launching Raksa Silver Club (RSC) which is specifically aimed at pampering customers with motor insurance coverage below US$ 70,000. The advent of RSC brings in a new touch in insurance world which distinguishes Asuransi Raksa Pratikara from other insurers. Under our claim service motto “MUCAK”(Mudah, Cepat, Akrab which is translated as Easy, Fast, Friendly) all customers visiting RSC will enjoy relaxing ambience and affable claim service.

As a further dedication to the improvement of our continuous customer services by increasing our claim service quality, in October 2010 our Raksa Mobile Club (RMC) was launched with the moto “Claim?...Getting easier and nearer!”. RMC is a kind of mobile office in the form of microbus stationed at certain area to serve our clients who have the need to lodge motor vehicle claims.

The presence of RMC will further facilitate the claim process for our clients. With our well trained staff, all our clients visiting our RMC will not fail to enjoy comfortable, speedy and friendly claim services.

Our Easy, Fast, Friendly claim service has greatly satisfied our customers. Our devotion to settle claims had been proven by our settlement of the mid-May 1998 riot claims without delay.

Other example of our service commitment is that we have obtained certificate of ISO 9002 : 1994 at the end of 1998 which was upgraded to ISO 9001 : 2015 in July 2018.

Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is approved insurer to a number of major banks in Indonesia such as Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI 46, BCA, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Index Selindo, Bank DBS Indonesia and others.

Deeply concerned with the development of qualified insurance human resources, we conduct in-house and external comprehensive training for all our staff. The main objective of these trainings is to provide professional services to our customers and to further strengthen our position in Indonesia insurance market.

Our internal training courses have produced substantial amount of qualified professionals in insurance industry. We regularly send our staff to take exams of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Indonesian Insurance Expert Management Association (AAMAI), Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (PAI), which have produced a number of graduates of Casualty Insurance Entrant Expert of Indonesia (AAAI-K), Casualty Insurance Expert of Indonesia (AAI-K) and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

We are proud of our company culture of having never recruited any staff from existing market or other insurance companies, instead, we always recruited and trained personnel of new graduate. Since the establishment of the company, all our staff are being selected and trained by high quality and professional training programs. The career development training program is initiated and coordinated by Mr Roger Yeh, one of the founders of the company, who is also the first achiever of Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) from Indonesia in 1981 and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) in 1986
